"Brett from State Farm was beyond helpful. He wasn't pushy. He was patient. Understood my needs not only in a policy, but worked with my busy lifestyle in order tto get one started. He's super easy to work with, and I got a great price. State Farm wasn't even on my radar. I thought it would be way too expensive. "Logan is very customer friendly. He made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend him for all your insurance needs I went to Texas a couple months ago to visit with my daughter (10/25). While I was gone my car was parked securely in my parking space and someone hit it! Anyway I had no choice but to turn it into my insurance. I asked about car rental and was informed that I had NO car rental on my policy! Not once in my 72 years have I never had car rental on my policies! I feel this was an error on St Farms end but shame on me for not reviewing. Word of advice…review your policies!"
